Fresh egg and red pepper pasta parcels filled with ricotta full fat whey cheese, red onion, mascarpone full fat soft cheese and 'nduja pork sausage.The Voltan family has been making pasta for over four generations in Venice, Italy. Only the finest blend of 00 wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and egg is mixed to create the silky smooth dough, which has then generously filled with a creamy and spicy filling made from Calabrian 'nduja sausage and red onion, mixed with a creamy mascarpone cheese. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.

Hob

Instructions: Hob from chilled: 3 minsBring a large pan of water to the boil and then reduce to a simmer. Do not separate pasta prior to cooking, it will separate in water. Add the pasta and simmer. Gently turn the parcels over halfway through. Drain carefully using a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
