Not staying fresh for long
Bought this for years then it wasn’t staying fresh for even a few days so I’ve had to stop buying it.
Best thing since sliced bread.... no seriously bet
Best thing since sliced bread.... no seriously better than all the big brands.
Great for the price.
Tried this because it's a lot cheaper than other brands. It seems sweeter in taste, but once toasted I can't tell the difference.
Sweet, sweet, sweet!.. why is everything loaded with sugar. This 'bread' is almost ss sweet as cake and makes dreadful sandwiches and toast. It compresses into a texture reminiscent of wet nappies and tastes of nothing at all except 'sweet'. Only fit for pigswill I'm afraid. Just where has proper white bread gone!
Too thin after toasting…
By the time you’ve toasted, buttered & added marmalade, it’s a thin as a biscuit. Presumably puffed up with air!
Completely foul! Horrible bread which makes horrible toast!!
This is NOT a Thick Cut toastie loaf. It is Medium
This is NOT a Thick Cut toastie loaf. It is Medium Cut at best.
Love this bread always fresh and just the right thickness.its better than all brands and its tasty my favourite 😋
Ok as just bread. Terrible for toasting.
The quality is fine. A bit sweeter tasting maybe than the Warburton's version for some reason. The problem is the slices don't fit in a standard sized toaster, which obviously defeats the purpose of calling it 'Toastie'. You have to cut off the tops for them to fit which means you've wasted bread (both literally and figuratively). Decrease the size of the loaf so the slices actually fit please and be sure to decrease the cost in line with this.
just as good as the more expenive brands
I usually ordered Warburtons but this was subbed recently and is identical at 2/3 the price.
