Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods, ideally at the bottom of your fridge. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Keep flat during storage. Once opened keep refrigerated in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours. Product cannot be cooked from frozen. Defrost in a refrigerator before cooking. Oven cook

Instructions: All cooking appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results, refer to manufacturer's handbook and adjust times accordingly. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. Remove sleeve, film lid and sauce sachet. Cover the foil with cooking foil and place in the centre of the oven for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, remove foil, drain and pour over sachet of sauce, cook for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest for 5-10 before carving. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not re-heat. (For fan assisted ovens, cooking times should be reduced).This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. When handling raw meat, ensure all surfaces, utensils and your hands are cleaned before and after use to avoid contamination of the other foods.Check food is cooked thoroughly before serving. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
