Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5Time: 25 minRemove from the box, unwrap the cheese.Place the cheese back in the wooden box.Cut a cross into the top of the cheese with a sharp knife.Place on a baking tray.Cook in a pre-heated oven at 170oC (Fan) for 25 min.Once cooked, pull back the top of the rind.Add the sauce and stir gently.
