Cooking Instructions

Oven cook
Instructions: 1 Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6.2. Pierce film lid and place on a baking tray.3. Cook for 20 minutes in the top half of the oven.4. Peel back film, stir meal, re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes.5. Stir gently and stand for 1 minute before serving.
