Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 190°CTime: 45-50For best results cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging. Set sauce sachet aside whilst the nut roast is cooking. Place nut roast a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 45-50 minutes. To heat the sauce sachet: Bring a pan of water to the boil. Carefully add the sachet to the water and simmer gently for 7 minutes. Carefully remove the sachet from the water, allow to cool slightly before serving.
