Intersting experience

4 stars

I love Fever Tree tonics - it's so exciting to try a new flavour. The aromatic tonic water was interesting and I'm really glad I tried it, but for my palate it was too overpowering for the gin. Top quality, top product, and personally I prefer their other flavours, but you have to try it yourself to find out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Fantastic Pink Gin

4 stars

I’ve tried the other fever tree tonics but not the aromatic one as I wasn’t sure that I would like what amounts to a pink gin. I was very wrong I tried them with the 2 gins I presently have, a bottle of Bloom and a bottle of Aldi’s highly recommend London gin, and thoroughly enjoyed both drinks. I ensured the tonic was cold as I don’t like to add to much ice to preserve the flavour and simply placed a few juniper berries in the bottom of the glass on both occasions. Both my wife and I agreed that aromatic tonic really offered a different dimension to our gin and tonics and will become a staple addition summer drinks. I’ve even requested our local favourite venue to visit for drinks and food stocks it and they are going to try it based on my recommendation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Looks so pretty

4 stars

I tried this as a change from my usual Indian tonic. I have to admit that it would not be my first choice, I think I'm a traditional kind of girl but I did enjoy the warm ginger flavours. So if you are looking for an alternative to a standard tonic with a warm spicy flavour the Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic is definitely worth a try. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

VERY Aromatic

4 stars

I had this with Bathtub Gin and it added to the overall taste the tonic is very bitter but that is how I like my drinks, it is also great on its own [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Aromatic and flavourful . First class.

4 stars

Gorgeous warm taste of summer or luxurious cosy taste of winter this Aromatic mixer from Fever Tree is wonderful. It is flavourful enough to be enjoyable on its own . Aromatic is the perfect name for it . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Pink gin to add colour to a hot sunny day!

5 stars

On its own the Aromatic Tonic water initially tastes quite floral, but then you get this lovely fruity zing on the palette which makes this a deliciously complex tonic. What better to pair it with than a robus, dry gin with a citrus edge. So we tried two; Bulldog and Cotswold. The aromatic notes of the Tonic water offset the sharpness of the dry gin, leaving a refreshing finish on the tip of your tongue. We enjoyed our Aromatic Tonic Water and Gin as refreshing aperitif on a hot and airless summer’s afternoon in South West London waiting for friends to join us for a BBQ. This Tonic Is more complex on the palette than the other tonics in the fevertree range. Having not really used much before it’s certainly one that we will now consider as a Tonic for our gins. The Pink Drink

5 stars

The first thing one cannot help but notice about Fever- Tree Aromatic Tonic Water is the colour. Of course this is not a reason to buy or use it, but it is a very attractive, slightly peachy pink I imagine it would make some very pretty cocktails. With the addition of angostura bark to the drink, it's tempting to imagine that this would be more bitter than the regular tonic water, but surprisingly, it is not, It still has the kick of natural quinine that you expect from Fever-Tree tonic, but there's an underlying sweetness and smoothness that is surprising and enjoyable. It is decidedly less bitter than the tonic water with added lemon, and on a similar level with the regular tonic water. Although it undoubtedly works as a mixer, this means it also works as a drink in its own right. If you enjoy, for example, regular tonic water or bitter lemon, but find them maybe a little too bitter to drink on their own, you might well find the aromatic version suits your tastebuds better. It still has a classic quinine aftertaste to it, but it isn't overpowering as you drink like some tonic waters can be. Overall a very pleasant addition to the Fever-Tree range. Sophisticated mixer

4 stars

I’ve been asked to review this free sample. I paired it with a grapefruit gin and it created a fusion of sharp & sweet pinkness - delicious!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Refreshing and tasty

5 stars

A lovely fresh tasty tonic. Very refreshing to drink by itself and a good mixer for a Dry Gin over lots of ice. The aromatics in the tonic go well in a straight gin and tonic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

A fantastic alternative to tonic

5 stars

This is a fantastic alternative to Indian tonic which marries well with robust gins. Try it with grapefruit instead of lemon and fresh thyme as a garnish to bring out the best of a gin and aromatic tonic. Creates the perfect summer long drink but also works well with cinnamon and orange to capture autumn flavours. Holds its bubbles well and delivers a consistent taste. Not only for gin lovers this tonic also goes well with tequila and vodka. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
