Instructions: 800W 55 secs 900W 50 secsLeave in plastic basin and pierce film lid.Heat on full power for 55 seconds (800W) / 50 seconds (900W).Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.Remove the film lid and turn upside down onto a plate.Squeeze gently to release the pudding from the basin.
