Made from an old West Country recipe with only the finest British pork and all natural ingredients with pepper, nutmeg and coriander.

Instructions: Remove all plastic outer casing. Hogs Pudding is already cooked, but for best results cut into 15mm slices and pan fry or oven bake to taste, turning once or twice to brown.

Use by: See back of packKeep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase. To defrost: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. Do not refreeze.
