Suitable for home freezing.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 2 days, taking care not to exceed the use by date. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and consume within 24 hours.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Important - This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.Always ensure that the centre of the sausages are piping hot before serving.As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.Do not reheat.
Oven cook
Instructions: Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan assisted ovens)/ gas mark 5. Remove the sausages from the pack and lightly coat with cooking oil. Place onto a suitable baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 18-22 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Grill
Instructions: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove the sausages from the pack, place sausages onto a suitable tray and cook under the grill (do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 14-18 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Heat a little oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Remove the sausages from the pack and fry for 12-14 minutes, turning several times, lower the heat if required white cooking.
Barbecue
Instructions: Remove the sausages from the pack, lightly coat the sausages in cooking oil then barbeque over a medium heat, turning frequently.
Air Fry
Instructions: Remove the sausages from the pack.Place in the air fryer compartment and cook on the air fry setting at 180°C for approx. 12 mins. Turn the sausages halfway through the cooking time.
