Our beautifully crisp and dry Oriel rosé has been sourced from specially selected vineyards in the sunny South of France region. Pale pink in colour, this wine shows delicious fresh strawberry notes combined with elegant white stone-fruit flavours on the palate.

Classic vinification for a rosé with direct pressing followed by cold static settling. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 14 and 16°C, followed by malolactic fermentation blockage and aging on fine lees.
