Highly impressive presentation.
I sprayed this on expensive ice cream, as an accompaniment to an expensive chocolate tart for a fancy dinner, it was very impressive once finished. The ice cream ball, honestly looked like it was a ball of solid 24ct gold on the plate, it had no flavor at all once added, no crunch at all, and definitely not glitter. Its little air pump like a perfume bottle, that produces a really fine puff, of super light powder, that once settled on the food, gives it a reflective. definite metallic gold look, its just a little more reflective than brushed stainless steel once applied, you can take out the powder, and mix it with a little drop of vodka, then apply it with a paintbrush by hand, for a far more reflective gold, this is top shelf perfect for wedding cake decorations, sugar flowers and such. The vodka method ends up still blurry, but shiny, dull reflective gold. One tip though, when using the air pump fitted in to it?, it really goes all over the plate, spoiling your end presentation, use a separate plate, just to make things gold on first, then plate them up, to save ruining your perfect finish. If you do that?, I recommend this, it really does work very well, and lasts for ages.
