Preparation and Usage

Just Add:- 675g potatoes, peeled and cut into even sizes- 4 tbs oilEasy as 1,2,3...1 Pre-heat oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.2 Parboil potatoes for 8 mins, drain and return to the pan. Drizzle the oil into a roasting tin and heat in the oven for a few minutes.3 Sprinkle seasoning over potatoes and shake the pan to coat evenly. Spread potatoes onto the pre-heated roasting tin and cook for 45 mins, or until golden brown and crispy, turning half-way through.Try something different...Try replacing the oil with beef or goose fat for extra flavoursome potatoes. Delicious with roast turkey and all the trimmings.
