Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Remove all packaging.This product can contain minor bones.ImportantNot suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Oven cook
Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6, 20-22 mins. Place the fillets, skin side down, on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
Air Fry
Instructions: 180°C, 12 mins. Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer. Place 2 fillets, skin side down, in the air fryer in a single layer. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.CautionDo not overfill the air fryer.
