I bought these for convenience, which they were. The veg seemed fresh and tasty. I gave the second lot an extra minute at 800 microwave and I would buy again.

Instructions: Do not remove from packaging.
Pierce bag several times and place on a non-metallic plate.
800W 2½ mins
900W 2 mins
Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.
Instructions: Remove all packaging. Place vegetables in a steamer. Steam for 7 minutes or until tender.
Instructions: Remove all packaging.
Place in a pan of boiling water.
Cover and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
Drain well before serving.
Produced in the U.K.
