Oven
Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5Time: 25 minsPeel back film lid and remove cashew nut sachet. Re-cover film lid.Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.Stir before serving and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
Microwave
Instructions: 800W 4 1/2 mins 900W 4 minsPeel back film lid and remove cashew nut sachet. Re-cover film lid.Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes 30 seconds(800W) / 4 minutes (900W).Stir before serving and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
Stir Fry
Instructions: Time: 5 minsRemove all packaging and cashew nut sachet.Heat a lightly oiled heavy based frying pan or wok.Transfer the chicken, prawns, omelette strips and vegetables into the wok andstir fry over a medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sauceand noodles into the wok and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.Serve immediately with cashew nuts sprinkled over the top of the meal.
