Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 1 hr 40 mins - 1 hr 45 minsFor best results cook from frozen.Place in a roasting dish and cover with foil.Cook in the centre of a preheated oven 1 hour 25 minutes.Remove from oven and remove foil cover from the dish.Place back into the oven for a further 15 to 20 minutes.Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
