A blend of Castle Dairies Welsh Butter and rapeseed oil.Blended spread 76% (46% milk fat, 30% rapeseed oil).
Our family business has been churning award winning butter since 1967 from the finest Welsh cream. Using traditional skills and techniques, we have now developed a spreadable version of our Castle Dairies Welsh Butter so it spreads straight from the fridge.
