Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results, cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. If allowed to thaw, reduce cooking times. Remove all packaging.These cooking instructions are guidelines only. You may need to adjust cooking times to suit your appliances.

Deep Fry

Instructions: Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and the filling is piping hot throughout.

Air Fry

Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Spray the samosas generously with oil and place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning and spraying with more oil halfway through cooking.

Storage

Keep frozen below -18°C. If thawed, keep refrigerated in a sealed container and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
