Oven
Instructions: Temperature: Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 190°CTime: 15-18 minsHeating instructions: 1. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. 2. Place on a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 8 minutes. 3. Peel back film lid. Add a teaspoon of water to rice, stir all compartments and re-cover, then heat for another 7-10 minutes. 4. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. 5. Stir well before serving.
Microwave
Instructions: For best results microwave heat.Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times.800W 4 ½ mins / 900W 4 mins1. Heat on full power 2 minutes 30 seconds (800W)/ 2 minutes (900W).2. Peel back film lid. Add a teaspoon of water to rice, stir all compartments and re-cover, then heat on full power for another 2 minutes (800W)/ (900W).3. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating.4. Stir well before serving.
