Instructions: 800W, 900W (650W)/(750W)/(850W)TOTAL TIME: 4 minutes, 3½ minutes (650W)/(750W)/(850W)2. Heat on full power for 2 minutes, 1½ minutes (650W)/(750W)/(850W)3. Peel back film lid, add a teaspoon of water to rice, stir and re-cover, then heat on full power for a further 2 minutes, 2 minutes (650W)/(750W)/(850W)1. Pierce film lid several times.4. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.5. Stir well before serving.

Stir Fry

Instructions: Time: TOTAL 7 mins1. Heat 1 TBSP oil to pre-heated wok.2. Add vegetables and stir fry 3 minutes.3. Add rice and stir fry 3 minutes.4. Add sauce and stir fry 1 minute.
