Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5Cook from chilled:Remove the rib rack and sauce sachet from the outer carton.Keep rib rack in the ovenable roasting bag and put sauce sachet to one side.Place the ovenable bag onto a roasting tray foil side down and pierce the cleartop of the bag before cooking.Roast in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 70 minutes ensuring the bag hasenough room to expand by up to double its original size.Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2 minutes before opening.Carefully open the bag and pour contents of the sauce sachet over the rib rack.Re-cover and rest for 5 minutes before serving.Remove and discard the ovenable pad and woodchip sachet after cooking ascontents are not for consumption.

Storage
