Not bad - do not defrost before use

Obviously not as good as fresh, but quite good and better than nothing if you need that coriander flavour. I see that people have said it ends up as mush - I don't defrost it but sprinkle it on the food (salad or whatever) frozen - that way it does not go to mush, but defrosts really quickly, so does stay frozen. Worth keeping a pack in the freezer and you don't need to use it all in one go.

Great to keep in the freezer and snip with the scissors while still frozen (saves chopping) . Good when making Turkey burgers. (No loss of flavour)

Have to agree with review below. A complete mush when thawed and absolutely no taste. Obviously did not use whole packet for one dish but have thrown the rest away as will not use again.

This should not be frozen. When defrosted it was just a mushy mess

No waste or fuss

I am a big fan of frozen herbs. They behave like fresh herbs, because they are, but they're already prepared... Bonus! Also great because how many times have we bought fresh herbs for a dish, then not used them...they then go mushy at the bottom of the fridge.

Better than dried spices, really fresh herbs.

As soon as I open the packet, the fresh herbs aroma greets me. Very happy with the herb that is very fresh!
