Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 15 minutesRemove the paper the cheese is wrapped in, then place the Camembert back intothe wooden base. Using a sharp knife slice open the top rind by making a crossslit on the top.Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.Serve hot with crusty bread.
