Preparation and Usage
For our recipe you will need...1 tbs oil1 onion, finely diced450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced300ml (1/2 pint) semi-skimmed milkDirections...1. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes, until golden brown and softened.2. Add the chicken and sachet contents, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the milk and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.3. Remove the lid, stir and simmer for a further 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.For a little inspiration...Delicious with basmati rice and garnished with sultanas and toasted flaked almonds. Try replacing the chicken with raw King prawns, simply stir in 5 minutes before the end of cooking, simmer gently until prawns have turned pink and are cooked through.
