Preparation and Usage

  • Vibrant Flavour in 3 Easy Steps
  • 1 Slice pork loin steaks (300g) into strips and gently fry in a little oil for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  • 2 Add the sauce and simmer gently for 10 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
  • 3 Serve with roasted potatoes.
  • Serves 2.
  • Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.

Great flavour & convenient

Lovely quick sauce. Always use this with pork sausages, either cooked on the hob or alternatively in a slow cooker for a casserole. Great flavour & consistency. 1 pouch is enough for 2 people, or I often use 2 pouches if I want to make larger casserole for more people.

Wonderful with pork

Made a slow-cooker pork casserole with this sauce. It's absolutely lovely. Drizzle 1 tbsp oil into a frying pan over high heat, add 2-4 seasoned pork shoulder steaks (cut into large chunks) and brown, place to one side. To the pan add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped leek, cook for few mins until softened. Then add 1 chopped carrot, bouquet garni (mixed herbs), 2 tsp Dijon mustard. Add pork back into pan, then added this great sauce. Put all ingredients into slow-cooker for 6-8 hours on low or medium. Mine was ready in 6 hours; tasted really good. Have already ordered another packet. Definately one for the store cupboard. I served it with baby spinach and baked potato slices on the side.

Love it - have it with pork or chicken but add mushrooms and sometimes fry some onions with skinny cut courgettes. Delicious whatever you decide to cook.

This is the best sauce my family have ever had! Worth the money and so easy to cook! I prefer to cook my chops in the oven, turn them when one side is golden brown, then when the other side is golden brown I pour the sauce on top allowing them to soak up all the juices and cook to perfection! The sauce tastes amazing no matter what way it is cooked but this is by far the best way!
