Instructions: Remove sleeve and pierce film and microwave for 3-4 minutes on full power (850W).
Cooking Instructions

Oven cook
Instructions: Remove sleeve and pierce film and heat in pre-heated oven at 180°C (Gas Mark 4) for 10-12 minutes.
