Microwave

Instructions: Remove from foil dish and heat for 4 minutes on full power (850W).

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Heat from frozen at 160°C (Gas Mark 3) for 50-60 mins. Alternatively, defrost completely in fridge and follow instructions above. Use as Guidelines only (Appliances vary).Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat Oven to 180ºC (Gas Mark 4).Remove outer packaging and heat for 13-18 minutes.
