Great for Christmas

4 stars

Review from quintessentialbrands.com

After trying multiple gins over the years it was nice to find a new and interesting take on the gin scene. The Spiced Oriental rum was really nice the taste of it wasn't too overpowering and the quality was just right. I would definitely say this would be lovely at Christmas. My only downside is the bottle looks slightly on the cheaper side and would not Class it as 'premium' [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Lovely gin. Very impressed

5 stars

Review from quintessentialbrands.com

I must admit I am not a frequent gin drinker but i was very impressed with this one. The spiced element really gave it that extra bit of flavour. I drank it with tonic and it went down smoothly and tasted great. In addition I love the bottle, the packaging looks like good quality too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

So I bought this to try over Xmas period but I gave in and I'm glad I did, the taste was lovely almost warm which reminds me of Xmas, it wasn't a bitter taste like I thought it may be. I will definitely buy again and as gifts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great taste

5 stars

Review from quintessentialbrands.com

I was given a bottle of Opihr to try and to be honest was a bit sceptical that it would be any different to any other gin. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. A great gin with an undertone of spices. I found it quite peppery but love pepper so suited me down to the ground. Worked well with plain tonic and equally well with flavoured mixers. Surprisingly it also tasted really well without any additional mixers. I actually had a couple of shot glasses of just Opihr as I loved the spicy taste. A versatile gin to add to the shopping list . Love the brand

5 stars

Review from quintessentialbrands.com

First impressions of the packaging I love the authentic and original flare of design with the material around the neck of the bottle which gives the impression of premium quality and makes it stand out in the supermarket. This choice of packaging immediately gives a hint as to what to expect when drinking it with it being oriental spiced London dry gin. To be honest I am not a massive gin fanatic but found this quite easy to drink and would consider restocking the cupboard. Depending on the tonic you choose to accompany this gin the best way I can try and describe this gin according to my taste buds would be like a subtle tone of leftovers of an Indian takeaway from the night before which is my favourite which made it a hit with me. Review from quintessentialbrands.com

I can’t stress enough how good this drink is. I could have had it all but i enjoyed this with family and friends. It’s very different in taste to what I normally go for. But let me tell you this, you won’t be disappointed. The fast and flavours are bang on and the quality is phenomenal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great gin!

5 stars

Review from quintessentialbrands.com

I’m not normally a gin drinker, but this sounded lovely, so I took a chance. It is a wonderful gin, works really well with a flavoured tonic and my favourite was with orange juice and and a dash of soda. I’m halfway through the bottle and I know I will be buying another one soon. The bottle looks so nice as well, with its little tassel around the neck [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Not sure what I was expecting...

4 stars

Review from quintessentialbrands.com

First of all, I'm not exactly a huge gin drinker.. I usually go for something a little sweeter but I came across this so I thought I'd give it a whirl, not sure what I was expecting if I'm honest!.. First few sips were a little bit weird as the only thing I've ever drunk with any kind of spice is ginger beer!! Lol.. I'm not too sure on what you could use as a mixer but I tried it with orange juice and omg.. It tastes like something you'd drink at Christmas, it's got a proper winter vibe to it. I can't say it will become a regular drink for me, but it's definitely one of those that any gin fan needs in their collection.. also the bottle looks great ;) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
