Keep Refrigerated 0°C-4°C.Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Once opened keep refrigerated in an air tight container and consume within 24 hours. Product cannot be cooked from frozen. Defrost in a refrigerator before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Oven cook

Instructions: All cooking appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.For best results, refer to manufacturer's handbook and adjust times accordingly.Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging. Place fillet on oven tray and cover with foil.Place tray in centre of oven. Cook for 40 minutes, remove foil and cook for a further 10-15 minutes or until cooked throughout. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving.

This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the instructions. When handling raw meat, ensure all surfaces, utensils and your hands are cleaned before and after use to avoid contamination of other foods. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods, ideally at the bottom of your fridge.
