One of our growers, Ian Elliott, runs a family owned farm in Creswell Quay in central Pembrokeshire, where they've been growing potatoes for 3 generations. Ian and his team check the crops regularly so they can be delicately harvested before becoming too large. Perfect when simply steamed or boiled as well as eaten cold in salads.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Scrub gently and rinse well.

Hob

Instructions: Place potatoes in saucepan. Add just enough cold water to cover and add salt if desired.Cover with lid, bring to boil and simmer for 8-12 minutes or until tender.Drain and serve.

Steam

Instructions: Place potatoes in a steamer above a pan of boiling water.Cover with lid and steam for 8-12 minutes or until tender.Once cooked stand for 2 minutes before serving.
