Instructions: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat oven.Pan fry & oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6Brush the chicken with oil and season.Place skin side down in a pre-heated hot frying pan and seal over a high heat, turning halfway, for 5 mins.Transfer to a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for a further 25 mins.CautionTo avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw poultry and use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw poultry and ready to eat foods. Wash hands after touching raw poultry.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. The chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking until they are clear. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
