Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown. Keep refrigerated.

Oven

Instructions: 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas 4 2hr 33 mins Spread some plain flour onto a plate and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss the beef in the flour to coat, shaking off any excess. Heat a little oil in a large pan and add the pieces of beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned all over, then transfer to a casserole dish. Add stock and vegetables, cover and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 2 hours 30 minutes, until tender.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
