Preparation and Usage

Why Not TryApple Crisps.Preheat your oven to 120°C/Fan 100°C/Gas 1/2. Wash apples. Slice them horizontally into very fine slices. Go straight through the core, taking out any pips. Arrange on non-stick baking paper on baking tray. If desired, dust lightly with icing sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 45-60 minutes until dry. The slices should still be slightly soft. Remove from oven and transfer onto wire rack to cool and crisp.Wash before use.

Storage

Your apples will stay fresh for longer if you keep them in the fridge. To enjoy at their best, bring to room temperature before eating.
