Description

Organic lamb mince 20% fat.Organically reared. Our organic lamb comes from farms which are audited by one of the organic farm bodies. Organic lamb farmers only feed their lambs organic cereals and manage their pasture land without using artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Typical percentage fat content under 20%. Percentage of collagen / meat protein ratio under 16%.From Organic Farms. Full of flavour and finely ground for tenderness

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours days and by 'use by' date shown. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Stir Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Heat a little oil in a pan over a high heat. Remove all packaging and add mince to the pan, stir frequently for 4-6 minutes until brown. Lower heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked. Season too taste.

Other

Instructions: TipFor a thick, rich sauce sprinkle a spoonful of flour into the pan once the meat has browned, stir in half a cup of stock and simmer on a low heat until thickened.
