It's very nice. I think the shredded texture contributes a lot to that. I'm not sure though that it justfies being double the price by weight of standard beetroot.

Lovely tasting shredded beetroot especially when mixted wit(h Tesco ( hot) horseradish sauce. Gesmecked. Good as any cheign. lmg.

I eat beetroot most days, so I had to try this, easy to add to salads because it is grated and nice mild smoky flavour.
