We marinade the wings in a sweet, sticky chilli sauce for extra lip smacking flavour and recommend roasting your wings before finishing on the BBQ for deliciously crispy skin. When oven cooked according to instructions.--

Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze If defrosting: Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7Time: From Defrost: 25-30 minutes. From Frozen 30-35 minutesRemove all packaging.Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes(from defrost), 30 - 35 minutes (from frozen), turning halfway through thecooking time to achieve a sticky coating on the wings.Check product is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear when pierced with athin skewer before serving.Tesco recommends that all meat products are cooked thoroughly.

Barbeque

Instructions: Time: From Defrost: 30-35 minutes. From Frozen 35-40 minutesCook as per oven guidelines, then place on the barbecue for a further 5minutes. Turn frequently to give a barbecue flavour and chargrilled effect.
