Bring these back, pronto!

Why have these been discontinued. The no added sugar beans are over sweet and unpleasant. Yes we want to reduce sugar, not just for health, but because savoury food should NOT TASTE SWEET.

Not nice.

Disgusting taste. I thought that I'd try these with a view to buying regularly, but I did have reservations base on reduced salt in particular in foods that I've tried that have not been enjoyable. I can't explain what was wrong with these other than the blandness of less salt, and I added some to see whether it would improve the taste. It didn't and there was a nasty backtaste to them, most unpleasant, not like the enjoyable taste of baked beans that I'm used to. I'm under strict instructions from him indoors not to buy anything with reduced salt in future. I bought a pack of 4 cans and I hate wasting food so I'm going to have to mix the rest with something to cover the taste, I think. I'm not a ketchup fan but I think that I'm going to have to consider mixing them with mashed potato, chopped bacon, and a smattering of ketchup to make a bean and bacon bake topped with grated cheese. That ought to drown out the flavour.

Very tasty!

Great on toast, in a stew and cold with a salad. The down side is the cans material are rubbish, by the time we get them in the larder, they are dentended and misshapen.
