Gluten free and wheat free seeded sliced loafA gluten and wheat free brown loaf with a flavoursome mix of sourdough, millet, quinoa, sunflower seeds, linseeds and honey.We have developed a unique sourdough recipe which combines innovative ingredients such as millet and quinoa to create a tasty loaf with a high nutritional value:Sourdough - gives the bread a lighter texture and is easily digestible.Millet - rich in fibre and essential amino acids and minerals.Quinoa - high in protein and containing good quantities of calcium, phosphorus, and iron.
