I HAVE USED QUITE A LOT OF THIS ITEM BECAUSE I LOVE THE TASTE, BUT I DO NOT THINK IT IS WORTH THE MONEY WE HAVE TO PAY AND AS FOR FRESHNESS THAT DOES NOT APPLY BECAUSE THE STEMS ARE BLACK AND THE HEADS ARE DAMAGED FOR THE MOSTPART.

Would like to buy but only when country of origin is stated. Should be British when in season.

This is a great British vegetable in season from January to May. If you grow your own, there is early/mid/late season seed to choose from. I was delighted to find it in Tesco in January grown in UK and so good I ordered again; unfortunately a very different product arrived - large stems, tired looking large heads - no wonder as it was a product of Spain. Ordering on line its impossible to source until it arrives. Something wrong here Tesco and this applies to cabbage, leeks, celery .... imported from abroad when UK winter veg should be available at good prices. Are you looking into this?
Item should have 4 days freshness but the one delivered ran out of date the next day.

I get this every week and it is usually very good. Sometimes it says where it is grown but not always. I am only buying UK produce now so come on Tesco up your labelling game.
It’s ok, but Tesco don’t say where it’s from. Why?
It’s ok, but I’m sure it would taste much nicer if Tesco would say where it’s from. Under Produce Of it just says Produce Of. Where on earth is that Tesco, and why don’t you tell us.
