Pork sausage meat blended with onion and seasonings.Our sausage meat is made for us by a family run business who've taken pride in making sausages for more than 200 years. They are all made with 100% British pork which is hand trimmed by expertly trained butchers. The sausage meat is then seasoned and other carefully selected ingredients are added to enhance the rich, succulent flavourSucculent sausage meat made with prime pork shoulder and belly and flavoured with black pepper and herbs. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 To cook in a block. Chilled: 45-50 mins. Place sausage meat on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. To cook as stuffing balls. Chilled: 20-25 mins. Divide sausage meat into 8 even sized pieces and roll into tight balls. Place on a lined baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn occasionally.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions: AIR FRY 180˚CBased on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.To cook in a block. Chilled: 20-25 minsPlace sausage meat in the air fryer in a single layer.To cook as stuffing balls. Chilled: 12-15 minsDivide sausage meat into 8 even sized pieces and roll into tight balls.Place stuffing balls in the air fryer in a single layer. Turn occasionally.
