Use on all pans, griddles, baking and microwave dishes and utensils for no-stick serving and easy cleanup.Gefen All Natural Canola Cooking Spray is ideal for preparing eggs, pancakes, waffles, meats, fish, casseroles, muffins, cakes, cookies, stir-fry vegetables, pasta and much more.This product contains insignificant nutritional value per serving.
