Exactly like McDonald’s when cooked in an air fryer
Worst fries ever, put in fan over at 220, for 6 minutes rather than 5, still came out really soggy.
Imagine going to Maccies, ordering fries, getting the last of the batch then leaving them for 20 minutes before eating them. These are worse. As limp as my fella after a night out, as disappointing in taste and in anticipation, which is the cruellest part, desparate as I may be. Never again. I'd rather go without. Mccains quick cook chips are as much as a lie as my fellas wedding vows. He's getting dumped. So are these substandard pom frites. Thank you, Mccains, for showing me the light.
Refreshing to see a product with just real ingredients on the list: potatoes and oil - just the way it should be. PLEASE can food manufacturer's stop treating our food like some kind of science experiment!
Absolutely disgusting, taste like cardboard. AVOID!!!!!
The worst oven chips I have ever tasted -- they don't crisp and have as much flavour as cardboard. I bought them by mistake in an online order, having failed to spot that these were the `Quick Cook' as opposed to regular French Fries. Unbelievable that McCain would make such a poor product.
Not Good, Buy the Standard Fries Instead.
Yuck! Already overcooked and too dark straight from the bag. Soggy with an unpleasant cardboard taste after cooking. The standard fries are 10 times better. Never again.
Love these fries. Best I’ve come across. I find most the time fries harden up before I’ve finished eating. These taste just like McDonald’s fries when cooked in an air fryer. Takes 10mins tops! Highly recommend.
Soggy and tasteless!!
These fries are awful, they don’t crisp up and they go soggy really fast, didn’t enjoy these at all and wouldn’t recommend them over the normal French fries, I am buying Tesco’s own fries because they have great reviews, sorry McCain but these really need binning.
