Always buy wild caught fish
Really great price for wild sockeye salmon, Wild caught sockeye salmon is significantly lower PCB concentrations than in farmed salmon that is 8xs higher, also the omega 6 which causes inflammation, (as we know inflammation can lead to cancers) brain fog etc is much higher in farmed salmon. Theres approx 341mg of omega 6 in half a filet of wild caught salmon but you can take the same half filet in farmed salmon and it contains approx 2000mg!!! so a hell of a lot of brain fog and will result in you feeling rubbish even though you’ve tried to be healthy. So always buy wild caught, As it’s worth the price tag, you can pay much more at other supermarkets. (Sorry just saw a lot complaining about price but it’s 100% worth the money)

Quality is good. Wild Salmon is healthier than farmed salmon.
The healthier the salmon , the more you pay. I buy this for a weekly dinner during the week for the family because it’s so healthy! I just add chilli, lime and ginger.

Purchased this instead of standard salmon fillet, for the difference in price there was not any noticeable difference in quality and price. I would not purchase again.
