- British Blackcurrants Bold and tangy, ideal for puddings and jams
For maximum freshness, keep refrigerated. To give best flavour bring to room temperature before eating. Wash before use.
- Back of pack: Blackcurrant Granita Put 2 x 150g packs of blackcurrants in a processor and whizz until smooth and the skins have puréed. In a pan, dissolve 90g sugar in 60ml of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove and cool. Mix with the purée and place in the freezer.
