New World Chardonnay

4 stars

Review from tesco.com

Full flavour and alcoholic. Ideal with food although would swamp delicate flavoured fish. Great with fish accompanied by creamy sauces. It even makes a fine chilled glass for a sunny afternoon with a good book.

Good everyday chardonnay

Review from tesco.com

Have ordered this wine before. It has both decent body and flavour and is a good wine to buy if catering for a crowd e.g. at a barbecue.

great choice chardonnay

Review from tesco.com

I am generally a fan of NZ sauvignon blancs but do enjoy a good chardonnay when I can find one but do find the quality extremely variable. This fits the bill perfectly for me, decent oak and complexity and good fruit. Great value and a good find. Don't cry for me Argentina; you done good!

Amazing Bargain

5 stars

Review from tesco.com

This in an amazing Chardonnay with ripe tropical fruit but is well balanced with a hint of minerality which leaves the wine with great freshness. Mendoza is well known for being the home of Malbec but I feel Trivento have now proven that Chardonnay is equally happy to call Mendoza its spiritual home. At is normal price of £8.99 it’s a great wine and I would be happy to pair it with a creamy pasta or chicken dish but it really also works on its own. Trivento now have a pairing of White & Red that will suit all occasions. Also I picked up both wines for under £5 each on an unbelievable double discount deal, so I bought 4 cases of each.

A little light for us

3 stars

Review from tesco.com

This is a little on the light side for us as seasoned and fans of a good solid Chardonnay. We found best partook in the early evening as an aperitif, best served with a few nibbles to balance the flavours. Light on taste and a little lacking in aftertaste, nothing though to be ashamed in serving to spontaneous house callers as they begin to gather pace for the coming festivities wouldn't buy again in favour or a full flavoured wine

Lipsmackingly good!

Really rate this wine. It's brimming with tropical fruit flavours and is the ideal accompaniment to creamy pasta dishes. I often have this when my friends come round and it's always a crowd pleaser!

Review from tesco.com

This crisp and fruity Chardonnay adds a bit of sunshine to any meal. Even in the depths of winter it’s a delicious companion to any white meat or pasta dish you might be having. Will certainly be buying again!

Love this Chardonnay

5 stars

Review from tesco.com

I have been buying the Trivento Reserve Malbec for some time now and thought I should try the Chardonnay as it must be as good as the Malbec. I was right, it did not disappoint. It has attractive aromas of tropical fruits and the taste is incredible, fresh and fruity. I would recommend this Chardonnay with fish and pasta or on its own. Reminds me of the summer!
