This Cheese is lovely in a roll or as part of a salad - But don't go to the main Cheltenham Store for it as it is not stocked st the moment 22/08/2019

Excellent cheese if you like a bite to your cheese

If you like your cheese with a decent bite, this is the one. Lovely and strong, makes the best cheese on toast. It tastes even stronger when melted.
