Preparation and Usage
| Wash before use. Cut in half and scoop out seeds. Roast until tender and then remove flesh from skin to use in recipes as required. Or peel raw using a vegetable peeler and cut and cook as required. |
Oven 40-50 mins 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Drizzle butternut halves with a little vegetable oil and place skin side down on a roasting tray. Place in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until the flesh is tender. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before scooping out the flesh from the skin.
