Preparation and Usage
Sweet & Sour.
Serves 4
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients: 500g diced chicken breast, diced pork or prawns; 1 jar of Tesco Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce 510g; 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil.
Method:
1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan add the chicken or pork and fry for 5 minutes or until cooked, for prawns reduce frying time to 1 minute. Why not try adding in sliced peppers
and spring onion.
2. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
To serve: Serve with wholegrain rice or noodles.
