Description

Dessert Topping Mix.Make your favourite desserts extra indulgent with melt-in-the-mouth Bird's Dessert Topping. This substitute for whipping cream is made to a time-honoured recipe for that original homemade taste. To enjoy the feather-like texture of the topping, all you need to do is pour the contents into a bowl with a 1/4 pint (150ml) of cold milk and mix with a whisk. One packet makes four servings, so it's a practical (and delicious) choice for a post-dinner family treat. Add a little more – or a little less – milk to get your preferred thickness. The topping is now ready to be generously spooned onto red berry trifles, gooey banoffee pie, fruit or any dessert of your choice.
